The National Right to Life Committee has decided to endorse President Trump for re-election

Published on

The National Right to Life Committee has endorsed President Donald Trump for re-election.
Carol Tobias, president of the National Right to Life Committee, said, “We endorse the presidential candidate who champions the unalienable right to life.” Since taking office, President Trump and his administration have worked to protect the fundamental right to life for the unborn, the elderly, and those medically dependent and disabled.

President Trump reinstated the Mexico City Policy, which bans the use of tax funds for organizations that perform or promote abortion abroad. He also expanded this policy to restrict $9 billion in foreign aid from going to the global abortion industry.

The Trump Administration stopped funding the United Nations Population Fund because it supports China’s forced abortions. President Trump has promised to veto any law that hurts pro-life policies or kills innocent people. You can read more about President Trump’s views on life issues here. For information about the 2020 presidential candidates and their views on life issues, see here.

Carol Tobias and other leaders of the National Right to Life organization will be at the 49th annual National Right to Life Convention in North Charleston, S.C. To schedule an interview, please contact the NRLC Communications Department at (202) 642-1675.
