Pennsylvania state Senator Judy Ward and Representative Donna Oberlander have circulated a co-sponsorship memo for a proposed Constitutional Amendment. The Amendment would assure Pennsylvanians that taxpayer funding of abortion and a so-called “right” to abortion do not exist under the state Constitution. The Constitutional Amendment must pass two consecutive sessions of the state legislature and then be placed on the statewide ballot for voters to decide.
