A recent poll revealed that the majority of Americans are most concerned with the economy, immigration, and foreign policy. However, President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris are currently engaged in a nationwide campaign that focuses on promoting ways to kill more preborn children.
The Biden administration is employing a “whole of government” approach, utilising all available federal resources, to remove any and all limitations on abortion and to fund these procedures with taxpayer dollars.
The administration is seeking to remove conscience protections from medical personnel who do not wish to participate in abortion (or assisted suicide).
The administration is attempting to use the Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act (EMTALA) to force hospitals to become abortion centers.
They are continuing to encourage pharmacies to collaborate with the Food and Drug Administration to make the abortion pill, mifepristone, more widely available and to disregard a federal law that prohibits the transportation of abortion drugs through the mail.
The Department of Veterans Affairs has finalised its rule, which allows the department to continue to “provide abortion counselling and, in certain circumstances, abortion care to veterans and VA beneficiaries”. This rule contravenes a long-standing federal statute and refers to the killing of vulnerable, preborn babies as “care.”
The Biden-Harris administration continues to support the use of Department of Defense funds to provide support and travel expenses for service members seeking an abortion.
The administration has intervened in almost every lawsuit in the country to oppose laws that place even modest limits on abortion.
Furthermore, there are numerous other examples of this approach.
The administration’s actions are presented as a means of protecting women.
At the same time, the abortion industry, with the full support of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, is attempting to restrict the choices available to pregnant women.
They are opposed to providing women with information about the procedure, its potential risks, and alternatives that are available.
They are working to shut down or incapacitate pregnancy resource centres. It is their objective to prevent a pregnant woman from becoming aware of the existence of alternative sources of help and support, which could assist her in navigating what may be a challenging period in her life.
Some elected officials, including Democrat members of Congress, are proposing legislation that would require the Federal Trade Commission to prohibit what they term “deceptive and misleading information” by pregnancy centres.
Google and other tech companies are being encouraged to censor information about pregnancy centres when someone searches for pregnancy help.
Some abortion activists and medical professionals are attempting to prevent women from changing their minds. They are attempting to prevent women who have taken the abortion pill from seeking medical assistance to reverse the abortion process. At least 4,500 babies are alive today as a result of their mothers changing their minds and seeking medical help to save their babies’ lives.
While this administration is attempting to restrict the options available to pregnant women and ensure the deaths of preborn children, the pro-life movement is reaching out to provide assistance and protection to both mothers and their unborn children. The pro-life movement has resulted in the creation of numerous state and federal programs designed to assist new parents.
A growing number of states are offering tax incentives to individuals who support pregnancy centres, while other states are providing grants to the centres. State health departments have expanded their programs to provide enhanced healthcare for mothers and newborns.
Churches have increased their support for pregnancy centres or have adopted new mothers to provide the support they need to raise their children.
The pro-life attitude of “love them both” is a reflection of a strong pro-life stance that resonates with many, but not all, abortion advocates.
The presidential election is shaping up to be another Trump-Biden contest, although it is possible that Biden may be replaced on the ticket by someone with a similarly radical stance on abortion. The candidate with a proven pro-life record is Donald Trump, which is why he has been endorsed by National Right to Life. Please refer to page one for further details.
It is unlikely that any national law will be passed in the near future that would either greatly limit abortion or protect abortion, as the so-called Women’s Health Protection Act would.
A pro-life president can ensure that our tax dollars are not used to fund abortions in America or to support organisations that promote or perform abortions in other countries. They can also protect the conscience rights of medical personnel and cut off funding to abortion providers in the Title X programme. Additionally, they can support protections for babies who survive an abortion, help connect women with resources that are available in their local communities and ensure that the Food and Drug Administration is transparent with the American public about the dangers of mifepristone.
President Donald Trump initiated many of these actions during his first term and is proud to be known as the “Most Pro-Life President Ever,” due to his numerous pro-life actions on behalf of women and babies.
In contrast, the Biden-Harris administration has recently embarked on a campaign that is highly inappropriate and disrespectful to women and children. The campaign disregards the rights of unborn children, treating them as a minor nuisance to be swatted out of existence.
We require Donald Trump’s assertiveness to reverse the significantly pro-abortion policies implemented by the Biden-Harris administration. Let us do everything in our power to ensure that he has the opportunity to implement his vision over the next four years.
